In this Senior Financial Planning Associate role, you will provide crucial support for the financial planning needs of an Advisor’s clients. This involves a process of deep discovery to understand client objectives, followed by the creation and delivery of comprehensive Total Wealth Plans. You will also support the Advisor in the implementation of these Total Wealth Strategies, collaborating closely with a dedicated Team of Specialists to ensure seamless execution. A significant part of your contribution will involve supporting the Advisor in creating and delivering client seminars focused on various financial planning topics, further enhancing the client experience. Maintaining professional practice standards and staying current on all financial planning related topics is paramount. Ideal candidates will possess a CFP or IQFP (Quebec only) designation with a minimum of two years of relevant experience. Advanced understanding of financial planning software and the ability to model complex strategies are essential. Furthermore, proven experience in Total Wealth Planning engagement, from initial client discovery to plan preparation and presentation delivery, is required, alongside strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills to effectively communicate with clients and provide support to the advisor.
