About the Role
Manulife Wealth, a leading provider of insurance and wealth solutions for Canadian families, is seeking a Salesforce Support & Enablement Consultant. This role is crucial within the Field Technology Services team, supporting our Salesforce Financial Services Cloud offering for advisor practices. You will partner directly with Manulife Wealth advisors, providing remote support to guide them through platform adoption, ensuring seamless implementation and optimal utilisation. The consultant also acts as a conduit to the Continuous Delivery Organization, communicating advisor needs, challenges, and feedback to align platform capabilities with the unique requirements of financial advisors and wealth management operations. Ideal candidates possess strong Salesforce expertise, excellent communication skills, and a collaborative mindset for this hybrid role based in Waterloo, Ontario.
Key Responsibilities
As a Salesforce Support & Enablement Consultant, you will provide expert guidance and day-to-day virtual support to advisors utilising Salesforce Financial Services Cloud, offering how-to assistance, best practices, workflow coaching, and troubleshooting. You will design, deliver, and continuously improve enablement materials such as quick reference guides, walkthroughs, knowledge articles, and live virtual training sessions to accelerate advisor proficiency. This position involves acting as the liaison between advisor practices and the Continuous Delivery Organization, translating business needs into clear requirements and user stories. You will identify common questions, adoption barriers, and recurring issues, tracking themes and recommending processes, training, or platform improvements. Furthermore, you will partner with internal stakeholders including Field Technology, Operations, Compliance, and Product/Delivery teams to align priorities, communications, and readiness for platform releases.
What You'll Bring
Candidates for this role should possess a minimum of five years of hands-on experience with the Salesforce platform. This includes at least one year of experience with Salesforce Financial Services Cloud, coupled with client-facing support or enablement experience and knowledge of wealth workflow processes. Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills are essential for success in this position. Preferred qualifications include relevant Salesforce certifications, such as Salesforce Administrator, Financial Services Cloud Accredited Professional, or Data Architect. Bilingualism in English and French is considered a valuable asset.

The salary range for this role is expected to be between $73,725.00 CAD and $122,875.00 CAD, with actual salary varying based on market conditions, geography, and relevant job-related factors.
