Retail Support Associate - TELUS, Calgary

Position summary

Qualifications

Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred, but not required. A passion for technology and telecommunications is a plus. You will be successful if you embody the following traits:

Day-to-day

As a Seasonal Retail Support Associate in our stores, you can expect to engage with customers and support daily operations in a fast-paced environment:

• Be part of a high performing team where contributions are measured and recognized
• Work in a fast paced environment, where every day is different
• Engage with customers to build rapport, identify their needs, and ensure a positive shopping experience
• Work closely with Sales Representatives and Store Managers to achieve store goals and maintain a positive work environment
• Assist with daily store operations, including managing inventory, restocking shelves, and ensuring the store is clean and well-organized
• Work a flexible schedule, which includes evenings, weekends and holidays, with key dates including November 27, November 28, November 29th and November 30th and December 26 - December 27
