As a Resource Team Leader, you will be accountable for the overall operational effectiveness of Financial Centre locations and the development of the resource administration team. A core aspect of this role involves assessing advisor learning needs and coordinating comprehensive training programs. You will deliver initial and ongoing advisor training, covering vital areas such as administrative processes, compliance, market conduct, and various sales support systems. This includes hands-on guidance on crucial technology tools, ensuring efficient technology adoption in partnership with the Distribution Digital Office. Furthermore, you will manage premises and equipment, oversee administrative processes, and provide just-in-time troubleshooting for technology problems, ensuring our Victoria office and other regional locations operate smoothly to meet the evolving needs of our advisors and clients. Regular one-on-one reviews with team members will ensure their goals align with the needs of the company and the Financial Centre.
Successful candidates for this Resource Team Leader position will bring a university degree with 3-6 years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and professional background. Crucial experience includes demonstrated coaching, leading, and influencing teams, ideally within the financial services sector and relationship management. We seek individuals with strong client relationship skills, a client-centric mindset, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Excellent presentation and facilitation skills are essential for delivering effective training and motivating others to learn.
