<h3>Key Responsibilities and Professional Requirements</h3>
<p>As a Registered Nurse in our Emergency Department, you will be responsible for delivering comprehensive nursing care under the guidance of a designated manager. This role involves working varied shifts, including days, nights, evenings, weekends, and statutory holidays, with approximately 149.36 hours per four-week rotation. Specific shift information indicates extended shift hours (11.78 hours) are part of the schedule. To be considered, candidates are required to hold a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BScN) or a nursing diploma. Furthermore, active registration or eligibility for registration with the College of Registered Nurses of Saskatchewan (CRNS) is absolutely required. While not mandatory, recent emergency experience, along with certifications such as ACLS, PEDS ACLS, TNCC, and a Basic Cardiac Life Support Certificate (BCLS), are highly desired and would be valuable assets to your application.
