<h3>Required Skills and Experience</h3>
<p>To excel in this role, candidates are required to possess a minimum of one year of experience in an office environment, complemented by an Office Administration certificate. Essential skills include strong interpersonal abilities, exceptional organizational aptitude, and proficient communication skills. Intermediate computer skills and keyboarding skills are necessary for daily tasks, alongside basic accounting skills to manage financial aspects effectively. The ability to work independently is a key competency required for success. Furthermore, a Basic Medical Terminology certificate is required where applicable, ensuring a foundational understanding relevant to a health care setting.
