About the Role

The Registered Nurse is responsible for promoting the Mission, Vision and Values of the Saskatchewan Health Authority by providing safe, quality nursing care to clients. This part-time temporary role is located at Regina General Hospital within the Medical Intensive Care Nursing Unit. The Registered Nurse reports to the Manager of a designated area.

Work Details

This is a part-time temporary position with an expected start date of June 13, 2026, and an expected end date of December 31, 2026. The FTE is 0.47, with 6 shifts of 11.78 hours per 4-week rotation. Shifts include days, evenings, nights, weekends, and statutory holidays. The pay band for this Nurse A role ranges from $38.580 to $50.070.

Qualifications

Applicants must be registered or eligible for registration with the College of Registered Nurses of Saskatchewan (CRNS). A Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BScN) or a nursing diploma is required. A Critical Care Nursing certificate (CCN) and a Basic Life Support Certificate (BLS) are also required. Equivalent critical care experience may be considered in lieu of a certificate.
