<h3>Your Role in Neonatal Patient Care</h3>
<p>As a Registered Nurse in the NICU unit, your responsibilities will encompass critical decision-making and direct patient care. You will be accountable for assessing, monitoring, and providing specialized care for sick neonates, adhering strictly to hospital, college, and unit policies and procedures. A strong emphasis is placed on customer and family-focused care, requiring a compassionate and understanding approach. This position calls for a progressive, innovative, and problem-solving team player who is committed to working co-operatively within the Women’s and Children’s Program. Your expertise in neonatal care will be invaluable in emergency situations, requiring critical thinking and effective prioritization to ensure optimal health outcomes for our tiny patients.
