About the Role
As a Recruitment Specialist based in Dieppe, New Brunswick, you will provide essential recruiting expertise by developing comprehensive recruitment strategies that align with our business's workforce planning needs. You will partner closely with Hiring Managers and HR Business Partners to attract, source, and select key talent for the organisation. Your efforts will encompass managing all internal and external applicants, proactive sourcing leveraging multiple platforms, and ensuring a high-quality process is followed for every hiring need.
Key Responsibilities
You will be responsible for developing detailed recruitment plans to meet business needs, working in partnership with Hiring Managers. This includes executing the entire recruitment process from posting and attracting to sourcing, screening, and selecting high-quality applicants. A key part of your role will be to build and maintain a robust network of contacts, ensuring a pipeline of talent is readily available to meet ongoing business requirements.
You will also execute comprehensive recruitment marketing plans, including leveraging social media platforms, to source qualified candidates. Additionally, you will complete monthly KPI reporting and other ad hoc analysis as required. Your contributions will extend to assisting with the development and execution of key career awareness events and opportunities, such as student recruitment, career fairs, and post-secondary partnerships. You will also participate in HR and recruitment business improvement initiatives, identifying opportunities to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of our recruitment processes.
What You'll Bring
Candidates for this role must possess a Post-Secondary Education. You will have prior proven experience supporting recruitment efforts across a variety of functions and levels. Demonstrable experience in managing and supporting multiple priorities simultaneously is essential. A strong commitment to providing a positive candidate experience throughout the entire hiring process is also a key requirement.
