This role offers the chance to make a significant impact and shape something different.
Your Responsibilities
You will analyse RFPs and pursuit opportunities to develop compelling proposal strategies that align with client priorities and position WSP for success. This includes coordinating, writing, and editing proposals from kick-off through final submission, ensuring clarity, quality, and compliance with WSP brand and client requirements.
Managing proposal schedules and milestones is key, facilitating collaboration across technical, operational, and leadership teams to meet tight deadlines. You will adapt CVs, project descriptions, and boilerplate content to create tailored, client-focused submissions.
Support for interview preparation will involve presentation development, storyboarding, and rehearsal coordination. Additionally, you will contribute to continuous improvement by participating in pursuit debriefs and helping refine tools, templates, and best practices across the proposal team.
What You'll Bring
Candidates should possess a minimum of four years of experience in a proposal coordination, specialist, or lead role within the AEC or professional services environment. Proven experience supporting strategic pursuits and complex proposals, with exposure to multi-disciplinary teams, is essential.
A Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience is required. Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Cloud, including InDesign and Acrobat, is necessary. Familiarity with CRM tools and emerging AI tools such as Copilot or Claude is considered an asset.
Knowledge of federal pursuits is also an asset. The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment is crucial, with flexibility for occasional overtime and travel.
