As a Pro Account Sales Associate, your primary focus will be on actively prospecting and developing one-on-one relationships with our Pro customers right within the store. A significant portion of your time will be dedicated to engaging customers already shopping, understanding their unique needs through insightful questioning, and providing expert recommendations on products and services. This role requires a thorough knowledge of all store departments, enabling you to effectively up-sell, add-on sell, and close sales to ensure every customer's project is fully supported. You will maintain an organized system for tracking key accounts and pursuing new business, ensuring consistent follow-up to guarantee customer satisfaction and foster future sales. Exceptional service is paramount, and you will work closely with store management to resolve any issues, always striving to exceed customer expectations.
Success in this role hinges on your ability to deliver outstanding customer service and apply your extensive product knowledge. You will be responsible for creating precise customer quotes and efficiently processing fax, phone, and counter orders, communicating critical information to our Pullers and Delivery Will Call Coordinators to ensure seamless service and timely delivery of products.
