<p>This pivotal role dedicates approximately 65% of time to direct clinical service, encompassing a full spectrum of pediatric respiratory medicine. Responsibilities include managing sleep medicine, home ventilation, complex asthma, bronchiectasis, cystic fibrosis, and various congenital and acquired lung diseases. The division actively participates in numerous multidisciplinary clinics, serving children with neuromuscular, aerodigestive, and sickle cell conditions, alongside those undergoing complex therapies such as tracheostomies or bone marrow transplants. The remaining 35% of time is allocated to academic pursuits, divided between critical research, comprehensive teaching, and essential administrative duties. Candidates will conduct impactful research in Pediatric Respirology, engaging closely with the Women and Children’s Health Research Institute (WCHRI), which provides robust infrastructure for excellence in women’s and children’s health research.
