Key responsibilities include general bay service, tasking, packdown, and executing various merchandising projects. You will meticulously read and interpret planogram directions to set merchandise accurately, ensuring every product is displayed according to precise guidelines and program service requirements. Associates will build and maintain dynamic displays and fixtures using basic hand tools, along with ordering and installing necessary display material, signage, and brochures. A crucial aspect of this role is to maintain aisle cleanliness and organization, making sure all merchandise is accessible and visually appealing. You will also utilize store systems to access key merchandising reports, interpreting findings to execute necessary actions, and diligently maintain bay service records and other documentation as directed. Collaborating closely with store associates, you will help customers find the right solutions for their home improvement projects, further enhancing the overall shopping experience.
