We are seeking enthusiastic interns and co-ops for placements in teams across Toronto, Waterloo, Montreal, and Halifax. Successful candidates will contribute to projects that align with business strategy and transformation goals. Work may include strategic planning, data analysis, process improvement, and automation support. This role is designed to build core skills in problem-solving, communication, and continuous improvement within a large-scale operations environment.
You will support strategic planning and operational improvement initiatives, collaborating with cross-functional teams across multiple business lines. Developing internal communications using provided templates will be part of your duties, as will supporting the end-to-end planning of internal events such as town halls, leader meetings, and workshops. You will also participate in professional development and networking activities.
Candidates must be currently enrolled in a post-secondary program, such as Business, Data/Analytics, Operations, or a related field. You should possess the ability to track tasks, deadlines, and action items across multiple initiatives, alongside effective communication skills, attention to detail, and strong collaboration abilities. An interest in operations, strategy, and transformation is essential, as is the ability to work effectively in a hybrid team environment.

The expected salary range for this role is between $44,850.00 CAD and $56,550.00 CAD. The actual salary will vary depending on local market conditions, geography, and relevant job-related factors such as knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience, and education/training. The annual salary will be pro-rated based on the length of the work-term.
