About the Opportunity
This is a 12-month contract opportunity with a possibility of extension. The role of Manager, Best Practice, Reporting and Analysis is within the Sun Life Health (SLH) business, a leading provider of Group Benefits and Health Solutions in Sun Life Canada. SLH is a market leader in advancing workplace mental health across Canada. You will report to the Director, Accounting and Financial Analysis, joining a fast-paced and energetic Finance team. This position is accountable for reviewing complex processes, refreshing methodology, exploring further automation, and enhancing documentation. You will be responsible for the analysis, development, and ongoing improvements to business practices, processes, procedures, and tools, including reviewing, analysing, and evaluating user needs to develop specific business processes and facilitate their implementation.
