In this essential part-time position, you will regularly attend scheduled fit sessions, typically held on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 9 AM to 1 PM MST, with potential for additional sessions during peak seasons. During these sessions, you will try on various sample garments, working closely with our technical development team. A key aspect of your contribution will be to provide detailed and constructive feedback on the garment's overall fit, feel, and comfort. This includes accurately highlighting any issues related to sizing, proportions, or movement restrictions that could impact the wearer's experience. Your insights are invaluable in refining the design process. Maintaining consistent body measurements, aligned with our company’s standard sizing requirements, is paramount to the success of this role. Your professional demeanour and punctual attendance at all fit sessions will ensure a smooth and productive workflow, fostering collaborative communication with our technical design and fit teams as we strive for the perfect fit.

To excel as a Male Part-time Fit Model, candidates must meet specific body measurements as a primary requirement. We are seeking individuals who are between 5'8" and 6'0" in height. For tops, we require a size Large, corresponding to a chest measurement of 42-44 inches and a waist measurement of 36-38 inches. For bottoms, candidates should be a size Medium or 34, with a waist of 34-35 inches and hips measuring 40-41 inches. The ability to maintain a consistent body shape and size to match these sample specifications is crucial for the role's ongoing effectiveness. Strong communication skills are also vital, enabling you to clearly and effectively provide comprehensive fit feedback.
