About the Role
The Saskatchewan Health Authority is seeking a Maintenance Services Worker for the Leader and District Integrated Healthcare Facility in Leader, Saskatchewan. This casual position involves performing general maintenance and repairs for facility and plant systems, equipment, grounds, and buildings. The role offers a pay band of $22.60 to $24.21 per hour, with no guaranteed hours.
What You'll Bring
Candidates should possess one year of experience in a commercial or industrial maintenance environment. A Fireman Boiler Operator certificate and a Boiler Operator Licence issued pursuant to the Boiler & Pressure Vessels Safety Act are required. Applicants must also hold a valid Class 5 driver's licence. Additional certifications such as a Refrigeration Plant Operator certificate, Pool Operator certificate, or Refrigeration Engineer certificate may be required for specific duties. Essential competencies include strong interpersonal, communication, and organisational skills, along with basic computer proficiency. The ability to work independently and knowledge of various tools and equipment are also important.
