About the Role
The Saskatchewan Health Authority is seeking a full-time Licensed Practical Nurse to join the team at the Leader and District Integrated Healthcare Facility in Leader, Saskatchewan. This role promotes health and healing and provides education as a member of the healthcare team to achieve optimum care for clients, patients, and residents in all phases of health care. Shifts include days, nights, and weekends, with a rotation comprising 36 shifts of 11.78 hours and 3 shifts of 8 hours per 12 weeks. The position offers a pay band of $36.160 to $38.720 (3 step range) and is expected to commence on June 08, 2026. This role may be eligible for recruitment and/or retention incentives.
What You'll Bring
Candidates must possess a Practical Nursing diploma and be a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), registered or eligible for registration with the College of Licensed Practical Nurses of Saskatchewan (CLPNS). Essential competencies include strong interpersonal skills, basic computer proficiency, organisational skills, leadership abilities, and effective communication skills. The successful applicant will demonstrate the ability to work both independently and as a valued member of a multi-disciplinary team. A valid driver's licence may be required for this position.
