Food Services Worker - Melfort, SK

About the Role

This is a part-time temporary Food Services Worker position located at Parkland Place in Melfort, Saskatchewan, with the Saskatchewan Health Authority. The role is scheduled to commence on July 01, 2026, and conclude by March 01, 2027.

This position operates on a 0.5 Full-Time Equivalent (FTE) basis, involving 14 shifts of 8 hours within each 6-week rotation. The salary for this role is set within Pay Band 6, ranging from $19.520 to $20.880 per hour, based on a 3-step pay scale.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting with the non-cooking preparation and distribution of food and beverages. This includes providing essential cafeteria, catering, and dining room services to clients.

A critical duty of this role involves diligently cleaning and sanitising all equipment and work areas to ensure adherence to hygiene and safety standards.

What You'll Bring

Applicants must possess a minimum of Grade 10 education and hold a valid Food Safe Certificate.
