Responsibilities

Key responsibilities include providing excellent customer service by greeting all customers politely, assisting them with product promotions, locating merchandise, and making purchase decisions, while also resolving customer issues or referring concerns as appropriate. Associates contribute to a safe, clean, and hazard-free work environment by adhering to company policies and procedures, completing safety sweep logs, and ensuring displays and fixtures are secure. This position involves processing and stocking all fashion merchandise, keeping the sales floor clean and tidy for customers, merchandising non-modular fashion items, and ensuring proper fixtures and supplies are used and replaced when necessary. Additionally, the role requires using appropriate signage as dictated by the modular layout and replenishing and merchandising seasonal items in a timely manner.
