As an EMR Implementation Project Manager with MEDFAR Clinical Solutions in Burnaby, British Columbia, you will be instrumental in guiding healthcare organizations through the successful adoption of the MYLE electronic medical record system. This critical role involves leading the end-to-end implementation project lifecycle for new clinics and healthcare partners across British Columbia. From contract signing, you will serve as the primary client contact, responsible for meticulous planning, coordination, and delivery of a seamless transition from their existing EMR to MYLE. You will manage multiple concurrent implementation projects, acting as the central liaison between clinic leadership and various MEDFAR teams to ensure successful deployments and a smooth transition. Your expertise will directly impact how healthcare providers leverage technology, helping them realize the full value of their MYLE investment and improve patient care workflows. This position demands a blend of project leadership, in-depth healthcare workflow analysis, effective change management, and strong stakeholder engagement to ensure client satisfaction and project success.
Key responsibilities for this EMR Implementation Project Manager position include developing comprehensive project plans, timelines, and implementation strategies tailored to each client's unique needs. You will coordinate data validation activities with internal teams and clients to ensure transferred data is accurate, complete, and usable. A significant part of your role will be to guide workflow transformation and EMR adoption, leading discovery workshops to understand clinic goals and operational needs. You will analyze and document clinical and administrative workflows, identifying opportunities to simplify processes and support the adoption of best practices enabled by MYLE. It is essential to ensure a seamless transition from the implementation phase to ongoing operations and support, fostering strong client relationships throughout the journey.
