MEDFAR Clinical Solutions is actively seeking a dedicated Sales Development Representative to join their growing team in the Ottawa region, focusing on the broader Ontario Health East region. This pivotal role is central to the continued expansion of MEDFAR's innovative electronic medical record (EMR) solution, MYLE, across Canada. As the first sales team member based in this key Ontario region, the successful candidate will play a crucial part in business development, directly contributing to the company's strong growth trajectory. The focus will be on engaging with front-line healthcare establishments, presenting the comprehensive functionalities of the MYLE application, and driving new sales opportunities. The Sales Development Representative will be responsible for establishing and nurturing relationships with potential and existing clients throughout Ontario. This includes regular travel to clinics within the province, typically 3-4 days per week, to conduct in-person presentations and product demonstrations of MYLE. A key aspect of this role involves active participation in the development of the assigned territory, identifying new sales leads, and uncovering upsell opportunities within the medical field. Collaboration with the internal team and the Sales Manager is essential for optimizing sales strategies and ensuring MEDFAR stands out in a competitive environment. The incumbent will also work closely with the New Market Manager to meet and exceed overall sales quotas and improve win rates, ensuring robust sales development across the region. MEDFAR Clinical Solutions is looking for a candidate with a university degree in business administration, communication, or a related discipline, coupled with 2 to 5 years of B2B sales experience. Proven prospecting and market penetration experience, particularly in a similar medical or healthcare sector, is considered a significant asset.
