In this pivotal role, you will be accountable for cultivating a robust client base comprising high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth individuals, families, and business owners. A core responsibility involves developing comprehensive wealth management and investment strategies tailored to each client's unique needs. You will make informed recommendations regarding portfolio construction, security selection, monitoring, and rebalancing, ensuring optimal investment performance. A significant part of your business development will involve actioning a strategic plan focused on expanding your market share through proactive prospecting, marketing, and cultivating relationships with potential clients and external referral sources. Implementing effective sales strategies will be crucial to attract, acquire, and retain customers, driving profitability and enabling overall business growth. Ideal Candidate Profile and Career Development

The ideal candidate for this Developing Investment Advisor position will possess an undergraduate degree in finance, business, economics, or a related discipline. Crucially, you must currently be licensed as a Registered Representative with CIRO, demonstrating your foundational competence in the investment sector. Professional designations such as CFP, CIM, and/or CFA are highly valued assets, showcasing a commitment to advanced wealth management expertise.
