About the Role
As a Contact Centre AI Platform Technical Lead, you will be a hands-on technical leader responsible for designing and delivering comprehensive solutions for Definity's various contact centre AI platforms. This role involves leading the solution delivery of CCaaS platforms, Google AI applications that complement contact centre operations, and other supporting contact centre platforms such as workforce management and quality monitoring systems. As a senior technical expert, you will provide hands-on guidance to the development team, establish solution standards, and ensure platform capabilities align with both business and technology strategies. You will also drive innovation by conducting proofs of concept (POCs) on new technologies.
