The role is at the forefront of leading high-impact special projects that drive organisational transformation, modernise organisation design, and prepare the organisation for future business demands through data-driven planning and transformation programmes. It is instrumental in shaping the future of the workforce, with a focus on AI transformation, leading strategic workforce planning, and addressing necessary job redesign to ensure optimal talent use and workforce effectiveness.
