- Develop strategy by using insights, market context, data analysis, and financial modeling to identify and prioritize opportunities that improve the unit economics of our international New Verticals businesses.
- Lead experimentation by designing and executing pilots and experiments, partnering with Analytics, Product, Engineering, Finance and Accounting to develop robust cost and profitability problem statements, define success criteria, and translate findings into product and operations recommendations.
- Own end-to-end execution by leading initiatives from initial planning through rollout, including defining the target audience, positioning, market readiness, operating changes, communications, training, dependencies, and launch timelines.
- Analyze performance and influence decisions by building SQL-based reporting and analytical frameworks to evaluate opportunities, measure performance, and inform investment and prioritization decisions.
- Lead, collaborate, and influence by partnering with cross-functional teams including growth, quality, finance, product, analytics, and engineering to launch initiatives to the finish line.

To be successful in this technology role at DoorDash, you should meet the following qualifications:
- You have 4+ years of experience in product operations, product strategy, business operations, strategy and operations, consulting, or a related field.

- You can structure ambiguous problems, identify the most important questions, and translate them into clear plans, decisions, and deliverables.
- You are comfortable influencing Product, Engineering, Analytics, and business stakeholders without direct authority.
- You have experience designing experiments, evaluating results, and using insights to make strategic recommendations.
- You are analytically strong and comfortable working with large datasets, building financial models, and using SQL to answer business questions.
- You are an excellent written and verbal communicator who can distill complex product and technical concepts for different audiences.
