You will also serve as the primary point of contact for all Supply Chain Engagement Requests (SCERs), acting as a coordinator to triage these requests and connect them with the appropriate teams, ensuring timely and effective resolution. The successful Supply Chain Coordinator will be deeply involved in several critical functions that underpin our robust supply chain. You will manage the flow and organization of documents, ensuring their accuracy and accessibility, which is vital for maintaining compliance and operational transparency. Leading supplier whitelisting activities through 3PI and other information portals will be a regular duty, alongside receiving and processing invoices to support timely invoice matching. Maintaining oversight of Supply Chain document policies and ensuring adherence across the organization is another key aspect of this role. Furthermore, you will coordinate contract tailoring with relevant Part Owners and perform thorough quality control checks on these tailored contract documents. Packaging and delivering complete contract documentation to Procurement Specialists will ensure that all legal and operational requirements are met efficiently. Your proactive management of Supply Chain Engagement Requests (SCERs), from initial triage to engaging appropriate stakeholders, will be essential in streamlining communications and resolving issues promptly.
