As a Summit Readiness Associate, you will immerse yourself in the Talent Development Program, actively participating in guided learning and practical assignments to accelerate your expertise in commercial banking. You will collaborate closely with internal partners, including Global Risk Management, and occasionally external professionals, championing a customer-focused culture to deepen client relationships. This position supports Directors and Relationship Managers across various commercial banking segments, assisting with a diverse client base and contributing to business development capabilities, including risk management and commercial acumen. You will also ensure compliance with regulatory and Bank standards, enhancing your financial analysis and due diligence skills to support strong credit decisions and portfolio quality for the banking operations.
To succeed in this development role, a post-secondary education in business, finance, accounting, or economics is preferred. We are seeking individuals with 2–6 years of prior experience in credit, business development, client-facing, advisory, strategy, or relationship management, particularly within transaction banking or related areas.
