• Previous experience in customer service or retail is considered an asset, but above all else, you are great with people.
• Must have the necessary work authorization to be legally employed in Canada and be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to lift and handle packages weighing up to 25 lbs.
• Ability to move efficiently through the store for long periods of time and as needed for an entire shift.
• Available to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business, including holiday, evening, and weekend shifts.

Key Duties

Your day-to-day responsibilities will focus on maintaining inventory flow, supporting the sales floor, and ensuring the backroom remains organized and safe.

• Own the flow of product by processing shipments with speed and accuracy, managing replenishment, executing markdowns, and supporting merchandising efforts.
• Keep the stockroom efficient, clean, and organized, from merchandise and fixtures to marketing and visual props.
• Support visual excellence by flagging merchandising opportunities to leadership and collaborating on solutions to improve presentation and shopability.
• Be a team player always ready to pitch in, whether helping a teammate on the floor or supporting a customer.
• Prioritize safety by following all Asset Protection protocols and store policies to maintain a secure environment.
