As a key member of our Commercial Operations team, this specialist will lead end-to-end strategic sourcing initiatives, ensuring goods and services are secured at optimal value, risks are effectively managed, and outcomes align with business objectives through strong cross-functional collaboration. You will anticipate business needs by clarifying requirements early and challenging the status quo, delivering high-quality, end-to-end sourcing solutions through effective stakeholder management. Leveraging data-driven analysis and market intelligence, including supply/demand dynamics and supplier capabilities, is essential to generate strategic insights, identify value opportunities, and support informed decision-making. The role also involves leading the end-to-end contract formation and administration process, delivering clear, fit-for-purpose agreements that maximise value, mitigate risk, and align with organisational objectives and standards. Effective supplier relationship management will be critical, ensuring performance and compliance, resolving complex claims and commercial disputes, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives to protect organisational value and operational integrity.
