- Oversee Community Managers and ensure engagement strategies strengthen audience relationships and protect brand reputation.
- Maintain a strong understanding of day-to-day account activity while empowering team members to lead execution.
- Own account scopes, budgets, timelines, and deliverables, ensuring work stays aligned with client commitments.
- Anticipate risks, manage escalations, and develop proactive solutions that protect client relationships and team performance.
- Monitor social performance, identify emerging insights, and recommend optimizations that improve results.
- Manage and mentor Social Media Managers and Community Managers, building a high-performing, client-focused team.
- Set clear expectations, provide actionable feedback, and support the professional growth of direct reports.
- Ensure teams have the context, resources, and strategic guidance needed to deliver excellent work.
