About the Role
The Senior Manager, Communications provides strategic communications leadership for Sun Life’s Corporate Real Estate (CRE) function. This role leads communications that enable Sun Life’s workplace, portfolio, and capital initiatives across various regions, helping employees and leaders navigate change while reinforcing Sun Life’s purpose, values, and workplace strategy. CRE plays a central role in shaping Sun Life’s global workplace experience, and this position ensures its work is clearly communicated, well understood, and aligned with employee experience, operational priorities, and Sun Life’s enterprise strategy.
