As a Recruiter at Faire in Kitchener-Waterloo, you will be instrumental in helping scale a high-growth startup. We are looking for someone that is passionate about recruiting and working with hiring managers to find top talent across our Business orgs.

What you'll do

As part of the recruiting team, you will drive candidate pipelines, engage with key stakeholders, and help bring great applicants to the company. Your core responsibilities include:

• Use your talents as a recruiter to manage the full cycle recruiting process, including the ability to negotiate and close candidates
• Communicate and effectively partner with hiring managers to deeply understand roles and build out structured processes and create effective job descriptions
• Drive creative sourcing strategies across multiple channels, along with internal referrals, to identify and attract high quality candidates
• Drive the offer process to onboard candidates
• Help maintain our applicant tracking system to ensure data integrity and build out transparent reporting for stakeholders on recruiting activity

What you'll bring

We are looking for smart, resourceful, and passionate people who possess the following qualifications:

• 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally coming from a tech start-up
• You are resourceful, proactive and take initiative on helping to solve complex talent puzzles
• You are passionate about recruiting
• You are organized and have excellent time management skills
• You care deeply about the candidate experience and employee brand, with impeccable attention to detail
• You have excellent communication skills, written and verbal
• You are data driven and have experience managing weekly pipeline reporting
