As a Senior Art Director, Creative Strategy at Intertek, you will play a pivotal role in elevating creative quality, visual storytelling, and strategic thinking across Catalyst initiatives. You will translate business goals and client needs into engaging and effective creative solutions, ensuring all creative output is user-centred, visually compelling, and adheres to accessibility and usability best practices. The role also involves contributing directly to production work while balancing strategic responsibilities, fostering a culture of creativity and continuous learning across the team.
To excel in this Senior Art Director role at Intertek, candidates must bring over seven years of experience in graphic design, art direction, creative services, agency, or digital experience environments. A strong portfolio demonstrating exceptional print and digital design work is essential, alongside advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and other modern design tools. Experience participating in client-facing discussions, presentations, or creative workshops is also a key requirement, highlighting your ability to engage effectively with clients. You should possess a strong understanding of layout, typography, visual hierarchy, storytelling, and user experience principles, with a proven track record of designing across multiple formats including digital, presentation, branding, and interactive experiences. Collaboration is central to this position, requiring experience working with cross-functional creative and production teams.
