About the Role

As a Seasonal VIP Kitchen Cast Member, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality food in a timely, efficient, sanitary, and consistent manner. This role requires working in a fast-paced, high-pressure kitchen environment, where you must maintain strong organizational abilities to quickly identify and act on job duties effectively. You will collaborate as a team member in a dynamic workplace, adhere to all safety procedures, and be comfortable working in a hot kitchen environment.

Key Responsibilities

You will set up and stock stations with all necessary ingredients, including chopping vegetables, preparing meat, and creating sauces. You will ensure a high standard of food quality, follow plating specifications, and ensure orders are prepared promptly and to an excellent standard. You will comply with various kitchen standards, including nutrition, sanitation, and safety. You will also maintain kitchen cleanliness and manage stock inventory. You will maintain a positive and professional approach when working with the team and staff.
