Key Responsibilities

In this role, your responsibilities will include upselling games by demonstrating game operations, actively encouraging guests to play, and fostering a fun, playful environment. You will ensure that both games and individual stations, including washrooms, are clean, well-maintained, and fully operational, while also assisting with restocking the store. You will serve as a trusted resource for guest inquiries and concerns, requiring a working knowledge of the venue’s pricing for special events, promotions, and daily events. Additionally, you will receive training for operating the ropes course, which involves working at heights.

What You'll Bring

This position may be a perfect fit if you meet certain criteria. For licensed venues, candidates must be the required age of majority or older. While not strictly mandatory, some customer service experience is preferable. You must demonstrate the ability to complete tasks with meticulous attention to detail and possess strong problem-solving and communication skills. A provincially applicable certificate for the sale and handling of alcohol is also required.
