Day-to-day

As a Sales Associate with Best Buy Express, you will be at the forefront of customer interaction, becoming an expert in all things tech. Your daily activities will focus on creating meaningful connections with customers to understand their needs and recommend the right solutions from our extensive range of products and services. This role is crucial for our team's success, contributing directly to store performance and customer satisfaction.

• Serve as an expert in all things tech, guiding customers through product features and benefits.
• Build strong connections with customers to identify and provide the best solutions for their telecommunication and technology needs.
• Contribute to the team’s overall success by consistently achieving personal sales goals and targets.
• Collaborate closely with teammates to ensure the store operates at its peak operational performance, maintaining an excellent retail environment.

Requirements

We are seeking individuals with a genuine passion for diving into the world of tech, telecommunications, and sales. The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to customer service excellence. While specific experience is an asset, we value enthusiasm and a willingness to learn and grow within our dynamic retail setting.

• A passion for diving into tech, telecommunication, and sales.
• Exceptional listening and communication skills to effectively engage with customers.
• Experience in Retail Sales, Customer Service, or Hospitality is a definite asset.
• Proficiency in additional languages (such as French, Mandarin, Cantonese, Korean, Tagalog, Hindi, Punjabi, Thai, and more) is welcomed.
• Ability to provide 4 blocks with 5 continuous hours of availability, including a minimum of 1 Open and 1 Close coverage window. Blocks will be no less than 5 hours in length.
