Responsibilities

As a Retail Sales Associate at Bell, you will be instrumental in creating positive customer experiences and driving sales. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Build great customer experiences that keep customers coming back to our stores.
• Be able to build a connection with customers to find the right products and services for them.
• Build loyalty with every customer, every day.
• Enjoy the challenge of hitting sales targets.
• Be excited to learn about new technology and services.

Requirements

We are looking for someone who is passionate about helping people and eager to learn about new technology. To excel in this dynamic retail environment, candidates should possess the following attributes and qualifications:

• Love helping people find the solution that will make their lives better.
• Passionate about new products and ready to articulate their benefits to customers.
• Thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a flexible schedule.
• Experience in Retail Sales, Customer Service or Hospitality is a definite asset.
• Adequate knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec.
• Ability to provide 4 blocks with 5 continuous hours, with a minimum of 1 Open and 2 Close coverage windows, including one weekday full availability.
• Proficiency in another language (e.g., Mandarin, Cantonese, Korean, Tagalog, Hindi, Punjabi, Thai, and more) is welcomed.
