Day-to-Day Responsibilities

As a Retail Sales Associate, you will become an expert in all things tech, guiding customers through our range of products and services to find the perfect solutions for their needs. Your daily activities will include:

• Building strong connections with customers to understand their requirements and recommend the right solutions.
• Contributing to the team’s success by consistently achieving personal sales goals.
• Working closely with teammates to ensure the Best Buy Express store maintains peak operational performance.

Requirements

We are looking for individuals with a genuine passion for diving into tech, telecommunication, and sales, who possess exceptional listening and communication skills. Key requirements include:

• A passion for diving into tech, telecommunication and sales.
• Exceptional listening and communication skills.
• Experience in Retail Sales, Customer Service or Hospitality is a definite asset.
• Ability to provide 4 blocks with 5 continuous hours, with a minimum of 1 Open and 1 Close coverage windows. Blocks will be no less than 5 hours in length.

The total earning range for this role is $20.00 - $29.00, which includes a commission percentage based on commissions earned by our employees in similar job functions. The agreed upon hourly rate will be commensurate with the candidate’s experience.
