Position Summary

As a ScotiaMcLeod Branch Operations Assistant, you will play a crucial role within Scotia Wealth Management in Victoria. This position provides essential operations and administrative support to the Branch Management Team and Advisor teams, contributing to the efficient functioning of the branch. You will be instrumental in the daily administrative operations, ensuring compliance and supporting the overall organization's commitment to client wealth management.

What You'll Do

In this dynamic role, your responsibilities will include:

• Be instrumental in management of the daily administrative operations of the branch
• Manage client account activities and ensuring compliance standards are met
• Assisting with the execution of implementation of procedures to ensure compliance with corporate policies and industry regulations
