As a Sales Associate, you will engage with customers to understand their needs and promote quality products and service offerings. You will contribute to maintaining the visual appeal of our stores through product presentation, replenishment, and general housekeeping duties.
Ideally, you will have one to three years of experience in sales, retail, or customer service; however, this is considered an asset rather than a mandatory requirement, as we are prepared to invest in the right individual. We seek candidates with a positive, optimistic attitude and a strong customer focus.
A commitment to continuous education and learning is valued, alongside ambition and a willingness to grow. You should be available to work days, evenings, and weekends. Critical thinking skills and the ability to independently tackle problems are also important for success in this position.
This full-time, industry-leading commissioned role offers significant earning potential; based on national average sales commission and bonus earnings, you could earn up to $70,000 per year, with no limits to your earning capacity. We provide monetary bonuses and sales contests to reward your achievements.
