As a Sales Associate, you will engage with customers to identify their needs and wants, promoting our quality products and service offerings. You will ensure our stores are always visually appealing through product presentation, replenishment, and store housekeeping.
You will assist with receiving, organising, and completing inventory counts to ensure accurate stock levels. Working collaboratively as part of the Sales team, you will strive to exceed goals and expectations.
Ideally, you will have one to three years of experience in Sales, Retail, and/or Customer Service. This experience is considered an asset and is not mandatory, as we are committed to investing in the right person.
We are looking for a positive, optimistic attitude and a strong customer focus. You should be ambitious and willing to commit to continuous education and learning. Availability to work days, evenings, and weekends is required. Critical thinking skills and the ability to tackle problems independently are highly valued.
This full-time, industry-leading commissioned role will motivate and empower you to make a difference in the lives of our customers and become a true Sleep Expert. Based on our national average sales commission and bonus earnings, you have the potential to earn $70,000 per year. These figures represent historical averages but do not represent a guaranteed minimum income, and there are no limits to your earning potential. We also offer monetary bonuses and sales contests.
