• Performing reflective practice, analyzing and evaluating nursing knowledge, and modifying practice accordingly to improve the quality of nursing and patient care.
• Performing cross-functional and other responsibilities, as assigned and/or requested, contributing to the overall efficiency of the University Health Network.

What you'll bring

• Current Registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario (preferred).
• Eligible for NGG (New Grad Guarantee) (required).
• Basic Cardiac Life Support Certification (required).
• Flexibility and ability to work effectively and efficiently within an interdisciplinary patient care team.
• Ability to meet the physical requirements of the position.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and decision-making skills.

• Excellent computer skills.
• BScN degree.
