- Performing reflective practice, analyzing and evaluating nursing knowledge, and modifying practice accordingly to improve the quality of nursing and patient care.

- Current Registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario (preferred).
- Eligible for NGG (New Grad Guarantee) (required).
- Basic Cardiac Life Support Certification (required).

- Ability to meet the physical requirements of the position.
