About the Role
This onsite role offers a dynamic environment where you can gain cross-functional experience. Reporting to the Manager, Quality Services, you will be part of a front-line team in a busy customer service-oriented setting. Your key responsibilities will involve administering and performing cross-functional activities to investigate, assess, and report on quality issues and non-compliances of inbound shipments arriving at the Durham Retail Service Centre (Distribution Centre), initiating corrective action to support the LCBO Supply Chain.
