About the Role
Ontario Health, through its Trillium Gift of Life Network (TGLN), is seeking a permanent part-time Organ and Tissue Donation Specialist for the Toronto and surrounding area. This role involves acting as the TGLN liaison in designated hospitals, guiding and implementing hospital policies that support effective organ and tissue donation programmes through best practices. The Specialist will guide each step of the donation process, from donor identification and suitability assessment to family consent and medical donor management, optimising organ yield for transplantation.
