• Proven experience of at least three years in the mortgage sector or a related field.
• Strong commitment to building trust, client experience, and service excellence.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills; ability to influence and build relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Entrepreneurial spirit and a drive to succeed in a commission-based sales environment.
• Proficiency in French and sufficient mastery of English, as the role involves regular interaction and collaboration with Toronto-based groups and individuals, and constant interaction with English-speaking clients locally and elsewhere.
