You will participate extensively in the ongoing administration of incentive-based compensation plans for investment professionals within 1832 Asset Management. This includes active involvement in the annual review, design, implementation, calculation, and payment of incentives, collaborating closely with key internal partners. Furthermore, you will ensure the effective and accurate internal operations of 1832, participating in the preparation of essential management reports and the expense review process to ensure prompt payment of invoices. Supporting the execution and delivery of the Soft Dollar program for the Investment Management business is also a critical component. You will assist in deploying business tools for effective data storage and reporting, diligently ensuring the accuracy of data within 1832 systems through regular reviews and testing. Working closely with leadership, you will participate in designing and improving operational and internal processes to facilitate the continued growth and scaling of the 1832 organization, contributing to the budget and business planning process. Additionally, you will participate in the communication strategy for the Investment Management business, assisting in the creation of presentations and materials for diverse audiences. Your involvement will extend to supporting investment leadership in aligning talent management strategies with overarching business objectives through data analysis, identifying high-potential talent, and contributing to targeted development initiatives. You will collaborate in the creation and tracking of individualized development plans, conduct capability assessments, and partner with leaders to develop clear career progression frameworks.
