The Manager, Digital Analytics Implementation Specialist will partner closely with Global Wealth Management business and technology teams to influence digital measurement strategy for wealth client experiences. A core responsibility involves improving data governance, observability, and trust across various analytics platforms. This includes analyzing complex Wealth digital business requirements and translating them into clear, scalable analytics implementation specifications. The specialist will design, implement, and support digital analytics tagging solutions across diverse web and mobile platforms, acting as a subject matter expert on Adobe Analytics implementation within GWM digital ecosystems. Collaboration with frontend, backend, and mobile developers is essential to validate analytics data and ensure accurate, consistent measurement across client journeys. The role demands applying industry best practices to analytics solution design, testing, and deployment, ensuring all implementations meet stringent quality, security, privacy, and regulatory standards. Furthermore, the specialist will define and implement digital analytics tracking frameworks, deliver and maintain Adobe Analytics and Adobe Launch/Tags implementations, and support campaign and communication tracking requirements, including events, conversions, and attribution.
