### Key Responsibilities and Impact
As a Hub Allowance Administrator, you will own the end-to-end administration of the HUB Allowance program in partnership with HR and payroll teams. This involves ensuring accuracy, consistency, and a high standard of service delivery for all our people. Your responsibilities will include leading program oversight through proactive auditing and controls, maintaining full compliance with CRA regulatory requirements, and continuously identifying opportunities to strengthen natural processes. You will manage the full lifecycle of HUB applications, from enrollment and changes to removals and reconciliations, while meticulously investigating and resolving discrepancies with a high degree of precision and accountability. Furthermore, you will serve as a trusted point of contact for employees, delivering timely, professional, and detail-oriented support on all HUB Allowance inquiries, ensuring a seamless experience for everyone involved.
