In this pivotal role, you will provide essential support to the global brand management team, ensuring operational efficiency and effective tool management across the brand’s core endemic activities, which include snow, climb, and trail. Your primary focus will involve the meticulous upkeep and maintenance of the brand calendar and various process tools. Furthermore, you will manage crucial administration duties, guaranteeing that the brand management team maintains current documentation and seamless communication with both global and regional partners. This position offers a unique vantage point to observe and actively contribute to the broader global brand management and strategy workflow, participate in key Go-to-Market stage gates, and collaborate cross-functionally with diverse global and regional partners. The Brand Marketing Team, which you will be a part of, serves as the direct conduit between the guest and the Arc'teryx brand through compelling content and immersive experiences. This team works in close partnership with Regional Brand Marketing, Creative, Communications, Sports Marketing, Community, and Operational Teams, as well as external agencies, to craft authentic and thought-provoking stories and experiences that truly embody the Arc'teryx brand. This role is open to hybrid remote work for eligible candidates in Canada.
Core Responsibilities and Daily Activities
As the Global Brand Management Coordinator, your daily activities will be diverse and impactful, central to the efficient functioning of the global brand management team. A significant part of your role will involve managing the global calendar to ensure product and article accuracy, working closely with Product partners. This includes developing comprehensive communication plans for brand partners and key stakeholders whenever global calendar products undergo shifts following major stage gates, alongside updating product briefs and supporting documentation. You will oversee global calendar management and version control, critical for maintaining alignment across various teams, timelines, and deliverables. Maintaining and managing the Brand Management SharePoint platform will be another key responsibility, ensuring that global tools, templates, and brand guidelines are consistently current, easily accessible, and well-organized for all accessing teams. You will also coordinate and process product seeding orders, ensuring their timely execution and accurate tracking for Senior Brand Managers. Supporting internal communications initiatives for Global Brand Management involves facilitating cross-functional updates, alignment, and information sharing based on seasonal priorities and campaign milestones. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining and updating the Monday.com global calendar to enhance project visibility, workflow accuracy, and team coordination. Processing and organizing team expenses within the marketing budget platform on a monthly basis, and creating templates and shared working files for the Global Brand Management workflow, will round out your essential contributions to the Arc'teryx brand.
